Entitlement to vote on the Plan.
Only holders of Claims in the following Classes are entitled to vote to accept or reject the Plan: Classes 3 (French RCF claims), 4 (US Secured Funded Debt Claims), and 5 (Senior Notes Claims and Senior Notes Accrued Interest Claims). Holders of Claims in the following Classes are not entitled to vote on the Plan: Classes 1,2,6,7, and 8.
Существует ли устоявшийся перевод этой группы требований в отечественной литературе по банкротству или среди адвокатов?
Насколько я понимаю, это требования кредиторов о погашении задолженности по возобновляемой кредитной линии согласно положениям французского законодательства о банкротстве, но полной уверенности насчет именно законодательства нет.
