French term or phrase: P.P.
This appears in the upper left corner of a letter from a real estate services company, demanding payment from a customer and threatening legal action.

The company is in Geneva, and I have a feeling this abbreviation and the others might be German.

The abbreviaions look like they are probably postal codes related to the priority nature of the mailing. Does anybody recognize this as a French abbreviation?

The letter is in French, and the letter is sent from an office in Geneva to a business customer in the U.S.

Explanation:
It doesn't need translating.

P.P. has the same function as a postage stamp. It indicates that the sender has paid the cost of dispatch - but in this case the sender pays a fixed rate/kilogram (or number of envelopes), rather than weighing and stamping each envelope individually.

The P.P. mark can either be pre-printed on the sender's envelopes (top RH corner, like a conventional postage stamp), or on the letter itself - in a position thats visible through a transparent window. (Swiss envelopes often have two windows - one for the destination name/address, the other for the P.P. stamp and "A/priority" mark.)
