Hallo!

Übersetze gerade eine Produktbeschreibung zu Spirulina-Pulver.

Dabei geht es auch um die verschiedenen Methoden der Trocknung von Algen, darunter Spray Drying und *convection sur clayettes*. Ich weiß zwar, was damit gemeint ist, kenne den deutschen Fachbegriff aber nicht.

Passt hier nur "Lufttrocknung" oder gibt es noch einen anderen Begriff?
