Část D eurozatykače odpovídá zákonným překážkám proti vydání podle paragrafu 45 příslušného irského zákona. Část D sestává z výčtu odděleného slovy OR / NEBO, kde se tedy možnosti vzájemně vylučují (viz níže). Možná formulace: „v oddíle D EZR je uvedeno (zaškrtnuto) několik možností, ačkoli část D se skládá z vylučujících se možností, jak to (také) odpovídá § 45...“
