ma non vedo altra soluzione

LF dovrebbe essere il ritorno a capo (Line Feed), Zeilenumbruch

I sistemi basati sul set di caratteri ASCII standard utilizzano sia LF (line feed, 0xA) o CR (carriage return, 0xD).
