Explanation:
This fits the definition and the context of the cinema, IMO.

By the way, Russian sources translate it often as "headline/header complex," a term that is unknown to me.

agree  The Misha: The term is unknown to you for the simple reason that there is no such term in English. The Russians are notorious for inventing these pseudo-scientific names for everything. It's their business but it doesn't mean everyone elsewhere has to follow.
