verdure grigliate (sott'olio) Explanation: Secondo me è molto probabile che si tratti di verdure grigliate o arrostite sott'olio (in barattolo). A conferma di questo trovo in un libro (link sotto): "This version uses antipasti vegetables, but you could also use leftover vegs..." e negli ingredienti si citano: "150 g roasted red peppers, from the deli, a jar, or roasted at home, cubed + 2 tbsp marinated artichoke hearts, drained". Se però non hai modo di verificare gli ingredienti e non vuoi rischiare di sbagliare, scriverei semplicemente "verdure" o "verdure miste".
