décrochage Explanation: Une suggestion "System shall allow for independent stall feature in dual egress applications" -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 heure (2017-07-30 19:12:05 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- https://www.beainc.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/07/79.0254.01... |

calage Explanation: In the light of additional context provided by Asker's customer, this seems to me the best solution here; not only does it imply something like a motor that is stopped or blocked by some external influence, but also, it nicely connotes the idea of 'wedging' a door open, for example. |

Reference: Manufacturer's translation Reference information: On page 22 of this PDF document from what appears to be the same manufacturer, 'stall' is translated as 'vantail', which could make some sense, as 'stall' might be the US term for what we in GB call a 'leaf': https://www.beainc.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/04/75.5753.10... -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 jour23 heures (2017-08-01 17:21:56 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- But with the additional information from the customer, we now know that is not the case, and this existing translation should NOT be taken as a reference, since it is clearly WRONG! |
