Je pense qu'il ne faut pas dissocier le terme "shotgun" de "gates", on obtient ainsi un contexte plus précis, faisant référence à des "barrières de sécurité"(voir références Web).
Pour le terme "ride vehicle", c'est plus difficile d'être précis sans le contexte.
Il peut s'agir de "navettes" transportant des passagers, ou tout autre véhicule spécialisé pour un site particulier (station).
