Albanian term or phrase: mos lyp me largë
A person has been attacked physically. Later, one of the suspects says to a relative of his: "Në se ka mundesi me lajmerue X-in, e s'ke nga ne, mos lyp me largë"

This is handwritten in a document for the police and the handwriting is not quite clear, it could very well be "... me lajmerue X-in, e e ke nga ne, mos lyp me largë", i.e. two e's in a row - which doesn't make it easier to understand.

It's also possible that the first e is the last letter in a longer word (in the margin) that was lost in the scanner.
