Амортизация переоценивается пропорционально изменению валовой балансовой стоимости.5 Этот метод обычно применяется, когда объект переоценивается до амортизированной восстановительной стоимости путем применения коэффициента пересчета (индексирования). 2. Амортизация, накопленная до переоценки, списывается на прирост капитала от переоценки, увеличивая переоценочный резерв по данному объекту. Таким образом, чистая балансовая стоимость с момента переоценки становится валовой балансовой стоимостью, и, соответственно, по данному объекту начинает заново накапливаться амортизация.
