How do I write an o with a stroke thrue it and a danish Ae, or, a ,with a cirkle above it, on a normal english keyboard that does not have these letters?

You can change your keyboard settings:
1: Control panel
2: Region, language, time etc.
3: Add another language
4: Languages
5: Details, choose Danish, and then you can change your keyboard as you like.

Explanation:
On my keyboard it's å ALT + 229, æ ALT + 230, ø ALT + 248.
The capitals, should you need them, are Å ALT + 197, Æ ALT + 198, Ø ALT + 216.

If you only need to use these letters once or twice, the above suggestion for the "Insert symbol" function works just as well.
