disagree  ortholingua: Spalthaut is a split-thickness skin graft. A flap has its own blood supply. Thus, I was disagreeing with your P.S. "flap (or graft)" I believe it should be just graft. Otherwise, they would have written Deckung mit gestieltem Lappen oder Schwenklappen.
