French term or phrase: ces informations seront à verser à mes services
Hello,

I am translating a document regarding the granting of Temporary Authorization for Use for a medicinal product and would appreciate some help with this phrase in the following context:

Il est indispensable que vous mettiez en oeuvre un suivi de votre patient et un recueil prospectif des informations portant notamment sur la tolérance de ce traitement. Ces informations seront à verser à mes services au terme du traitement et en case de renouvellement de l'autorisation temporaire d'utilisation.

Does this just mean "should be delivered to me in person"??

Thank you!

Explanation:
here "verser" is just bureaucratic jargon for "add to the case file"

not necessarily "in person" - simply by any available / usual way

more precisely:

not "you in person" to deliver it, nor to deliver it "to me in person", but "to my staff"

neutral  writeaway: mes services isn't "me". and provide isn't the best translation of verser, although it does get the idea across. so the neutral isn't for that.
8 hrs

disagree  Daryo: it doesn't mean that // "mes services" can be tens or hundreds of civil servants ... you want the boss (the head of a regulatory body) buried deep under a mountain of everyday letters / emails?

disagree  Daryo: someone placed high enough to have "mes services" at his/her disposal wouldn't want to be bothered all day long about such details ... IOW plain wrong

neutral  writeaway: agree with everything and comments you make, except for services (faux ami). services (pl.) is department /division etc.

-> you have a good point there, although there are also some units of civil servants called "services" (here "mes services" is some "admin service/unit" of a regulatory body) // "to my staff" is the most accurate, but too informal.
