English term or phrase: co-venturers
This is part of the terms and agreements of a Contract between an Angolan oil company and a Contractor.

I'm looking for a term that would suit more the context, other than Parceiro or Consórcio. It was suggested by my colleague"Co-empreendedor" but I'm not familiar with that term.

“CO-VENTURERS” shall mean any co-ventures with the COMPANY from time to time having an interest in the exploration and production licence(s) under which the WORK is being performed and the successors in interest of such CO-VENTURERS or the assignees of any interest of such CO-VENTURERS.
