agree  Mario Freitas: Sem hífen, certamente são duas peças e não dois orifícios. Porém, o orifice tube não é "com" orifícios; ele é instalado para revestir ou criar o orifício, ou seja, é o próprio orifício.

não discordando com a outra resposta, deveria existir um hífen, mas nem sempre o autor os escreve.
