Aus einer EULA, die wahrscheinlich ursprünglich aus dem Französischen ins Englische übersetzt wurde:

"This Agreement shall be enforceable and shall enjoy the benefit of the parties and their respective owners."

Dass die Vereinbarung "Vorteile genießen" soll, ergibt für mich keinen Sinn. Defekter Ausgangstext? Danke für euren Senf.
