This is a complete football move up the field, from goalkeeper to attacker, but the essence of the move is playing the ball across the field, from the first defender, back to the other defender on the other side of the pitch, which causes the other team to be out of position, thus enabling the attacking move up-field.

If you want to abbreviate this for fluency or to fit in with other sentences, simply use 'cutback' or 'cross-field cutback'.
