About a company that installs curtain walling, one of the services they offer is "tracciamento e piombatura". The original text is this:

Oltre all’aggiornamento costante del personale, che permette l’esecuzione di lavori in quota senza l'ausilio di ponteggi fissi, xxx dispone di attrezzature specialistiche elettroniche per tracciamenti e piombature, che consentono un significativo risparmio in termini di tempo.

I have found this (in inverted commas in my translation below) on the site of a company that offers the same services, but knowing nothing about the subject (the short company presentation popped up inside an otherwise "normal" translation):

In addition to constant refresher courses for its personnel, enabling overhead work to be carried out without the need for scaffolding, xxx also uses specialist electronic equipment for "tracing levels and lines", enabling significant savings in terms of time.

But really really need help from someone who, unlike me, knows what they are talking about!!

I omitted the pipes and just used tracing - seeing as how (as usual) I didn't have any info as to WHAT they were "tracciando"! Thanks for your super quick helpful answer
