Les abonnés doivent s’assurer que les Véhicules sont en état de charge à chaque début et fin d’utilisation.

Si parla di cosa deve fare l'abbonato quando ritira e quando riconsegna l'auto elettrica.
Non so se dire ..... che sia sotto carica.... oppure .... che sia in condizioni di carica....

Credo si intenda "sotto carica".... ma perché allora hanno scritto "en état de charge" ?
è una cosa diversa o è una condizione simile?
