This is for a company that produces precision turning tools, but this text is just to describe the way they work with their customer and outlines their mission and standards etc. This is a heading.

Proximité : Attribution d’un négociateur par secteur géographique. Simplifions nos collaborations : un interlocuteur unique dédié à vos besoins!

I have temporary used "proximity", but I am sure that something better is out there and I do not think an"at your fingertips" type term would work here very as the other headings are terms such as "Qualité", "Engagement", "Environnement"...

Why not use 'local' here? It appears that there are dedicated contacts covering a particular region.

I'm not sure what the surrounding text is, but even use of the word 'specialist' may be a solution (local specialists, for example).

Customer focus


Explanation:
I started off thinking of something like "Availability" or "Accessibilty" (in line with the other headings), but thought it would be good to take it a bit further and look at what they're actually referring to: which led me to "Customer focus". I think it conjures up the sort of proactive, "we're here to listen to you" approach that they describe with the sentences that follow the heading.

neutral  writeaway: Proximité : Attribution d’un négociateur par secteur géographique. I think it has to emphasize that there is someone (relatively) nearby. ie not ten countries/regions away /change emphasize to include. I think that has to be included somehow.

  -> I don't think you have to be so literal: a customer focus can imply that sort of geographical proximity, and the sentence you quote makes it clear that it is incorporated in the concept.
