На мою догадку меня навела такая формулировка:

That the petitioner have such other relief as may be just and equitable.

Вот я и предположил, что в вопросе аскера используется сокращенная формулировка.

То, что в вопросе аскера нет фразы "That the Respondent be forever barred from any right or claim of maintenance from the Petitioner", поэтому не надо привносить ее в перевод - абсолютно согласна.

The petitioner is asking that Respondent be barred from seeking maintenance. The next paragraph is routine attorney language. In petitions and motions, you do not get what you do not ask for. So there is almost always a catch-all phrase which basically asks for anything else the judge cares to award.
