Hallo,
es geht immer noch um die Vollmacht für den Genealogen. Er soll also auch dazu bevollmächtigt werden "dispenser de toutes inscriptions même à prendre d'office", was übersetzt wurde mit ""auf Eintragungen zu verzichten, auch wenn sie von Amts wegen zu bewirken sind". Ehrlich gesagt, weiß ich nicht so recht, was gemeint ist. Von euch jemand?
