Qui potrei anche dire Topi della Tube. Ma poi c'è una frase poco più avanti che il lettore deve identificare come vera o falsa:
The London Underground got its nickname after the iconic *tube mice* living there.

Perché questa frase abbia senso, è necessario trasmettere il secondo significato di tube (topi da tubature?).

Secondo me dovresti lasciare, nella prima frase, "topi della Tube" (magari spiegando in un inciso che tube vuol dire anche tubatura), perché i "tube mice" non sono "topi qualsiasi", ma proprio quelli della Tube di Londra, come riporta il link che ho inserito.

Secondo me dovresti lasciare, nella prima frase, "topi della Tube" (magari spiegando in un inciso che tube vuol dire anche tubatura), perché i "tube mice" non sono "topi qualsiasi", ma proprio quelli della Tube di Londra, come riporta il link che ho inserito.
