I have a feeling that it means claims, but can't find this term anywhere. I can't even find a defintion of it on Google.ch. At first I thought it may be a typo for "Anträge", but then everything else in the document is written meticulously .

Here is the context: "Alle Streitigkeiten zwischen der Stiftung und den Stiftungsbeteiligten (insbesondere Mitglieder des Stiftungsvorstandes, Stiftungsgeniesser und gegebenenfalls der Revisionsstelle) sowie sonstige Anstände privatrechtlicher Natur gemäss Art. 567 Abs. 2 PGR werden unter Ausschluss ............."
