high school graduation exams Explanation: Different countries have different education systems, including high school age. In America, I believe, these are called exit exams. In Britain, we have GCSE exams taken at the end of secondary school, when students are around 16 (and A-levels at the end of college - not to be confused with university). I think the term "high school graduation exams" is internationally accepted and understood, but one could opt to put a particular country's equivalent as a match for the context if necessary. |
