This is an excerpt from a newsletter about corporate training methods and new ways to train employees (digital training, e-learning, etc.). I am struggling with "concurrents dans une logique de branches" and would appreciate a fresh pair of eyes taking a look at it. Thank you!

Ig you think of a "branche" as a synonym for "secteur", this may become clearer. Do bear in mind though, that if the term "secteur" is used also somewhere close by in your original, in terms of heirarchy, a "branche" could be part of a sector.

I think it is simply saying that the entities listed are competitors in the same area f business.
