podrazumeva sudski proces

Explanation:
In arbitration, the disputing parties agree on an impartial third party—an individual or a group—to hear both sides and resolve the issue. In adjudication, the decision is the responsibility of a judge, magistrate, or other legally-appointed or elected official.

disagree  Daryo: процес = a body? // Pod "adjudicative body" se misli na sud ili arbitražu = it's an explanation, not a question.-- the question is "adjudicative body" a concept comprising both (and more)

-> The answer does not refer to the body but to the colleague's question whether it is 'sud ili arbitraža'

-> (1) you obviously found it too time wasting to read the given context info - this category is wider than just "arbiters" 2) "autorizovan" is certainly preferred by those who want to show off they know few foreign words .. nothing wrong with "овлашћен"

(nadležno) sudsko telo

Explanation:
(nadležno) sudsko telo

disagree  Daryo: the whole point of this term is that it includes also those doing the "adjudication" that are NOT in the judiciary (like various arbiters ...)
