Здравствуйте. Подскажите, пожалуйста, как лучше перевести название для ролика.

"Местные с битами" в данном случае - это жильцы дома, по тротуару рядом с которым они ездили, и потом выскакивали из машины с битами, чтобы отогнать мешающих им активистов.

"Психи с гермафродитами" - это про женщину-нарушительницу, которая утверждала, что она проехала через активистов, потому что она кормящая мама и не в себе немного. Когда ее спросили, мальчик у нее или девочка, она сказала, что у нее гермафродит :):
