And it should be "this court", not "this tribunal". These other examples from Mexico make it clear that this is the sense: "Se le dice al ocusante O.M.R. que por el momento se reserva de acordar su solicitud, fijándose las 14:00 catorce horas del día 2 dos de febrero del año en curso para la ratificación de su escrito" http://www.poderjudicialmichoacan.gob.mx/web/supremo/verList...
