German term or phrase: ruht das Verfahren
In het Duits staat: "Wenn die Verhandlung von beiden Parteien unbesucht bleibt, ====ruht das Verfahren===". Kan je hier voor "ruht das Verfahren" zeggen, dat de procedure wordt "geparkeerd" of "naar de parkeerrol wordt verwezen"?
