I think it refers to "small business management", but I'm not completely sure because another, very similar acronym seems to be the one that is used the most often to designate that.

You could abbreviate it to VSME, though this is not nearly so common and well known as SME. Wikipedia defines a microbusiness as having fewer than ten employees, though I'm sure this is not set in stone.
