2.7 ANALYSIS IN DETAIL
VATit will perform an analysis of a client’s withholding tax exposure in order to determine the opportunity available. This analysis is based on specific reports, namely: Dividend Income Report for
all markets for the previous five years; Tax Reclaims in Progress Report; and Successful Tax Reclaims Report.
These reports allow VATit to gain a complete picture of the withholding tax **exposure** for a client, as well as the existence of any tax reclaims performed by another party. VATit will focus on recovering the maximum amount available which would include any gaps left by other service providers.
VATit aims to provide a service which is completely hassle-free, and it is willing to deal directly with the client’s custodian bank on the clients’ behalf to minimise the administrative burden.
Thereafter, a meeting or conference call is arranged to discuss the findings, recovery service, service agreement and estimated time-frame of refunds.
The case studies that follow demonstrate the different applications of the analysis to different claiming entities based in different jurisdictions.

Credo che si traduca proprio "esposizione". Ho trovato anche numerose corrispondenze in italiano. Si parla infatti di "obbligo di esposizione della ritenuta d'acconto".
