From a Spanish text about the new Chorus Pro Portal. I posted this question last month but only got one reply.
I'm having trouble deciding what to call this item, which is part of the web form.

I think that keeping it in French would just confuse anglophone readers. "Implementing department" is the usual term for the department responsible for taking action or getting something done, which is the meaning of "service exécutant". If you were to abbreviate it as "Impl. Dept.", I'm sure it would be easily understood.

agree  Nikki Scott-Despaigne: This is a practical solution. Leaving SE Code would be a good solution were this a proper noun, but that is not the case. The English target reader will not know what the SE describes, which seems an unusual choice and is a shame for the client.
