Taking into consideration the current OECD risk category of the Republic of --------, buyer risk category of the potential guarantor as SOV/CCO, 22 months of construction period and 10 years of repayment period the current level of exposure fee is 14,25% flat to be paid by the Borrower on the total facility amount.
