Acho que esta expressão dá pano para mangas, pois pode ter várias interpretações.
Coloco duas sugestões, a segunda é mais idiomática.
Qualificar a "sustentabilidade" de "grande negócio" ou "grande actividade" não me parece ser a melhor escolha, a não ser que a mesma fosse uma empresa. Por exemplo, como definido aqui:

Por isso, quanto a mim, traduzir "A sustentabilidade é uma estratégia muito lucrativa ou rentável..." parece-me ser mais cabível pela referência aos "$15 billion dollars".
