I'm not sure, but I don't think it's innate. You can prepare for it by having a game plan. Once I had a coach who when I stepped up to the plate would yell, "Have an idea?! What are you going to do?" Investing is the same. You have to know what you're going to do when the market gets out of line. Generally speaking, it's human nature to hesitate.

O arremesso de baseball geralmente é tão rápido que você não tem tempo de processar muitas informações se não tiver com uma noção geral do que planeja fazer, por isso é necessário "have an idea" do que fazer antes de se preparar pra bater (step up to the plate).
Para fazer uma adaptação semelhante ao mercado brasileiro, quando vamos bater um pênalti a orientação é justamente essa, não deixar pra decidir em cima da hora, "have an idea".
