Equipment worth more than EUR must be added to an inventory list. The inventory list must indicate the location in the office, model, quantity and serial number of the equipment.

For goods worth between 410 and 5,000 EUR the end of appropriation term is after two (2) years; starting with the date of acquisition. For equipment worth more than 5,000 EUR this period is five (5) years.
