С учетом того, что написано на веб-сайтах Nike Gift cards и смысла слова redemption, я бы использовал электронное отоваривание карты / электронные покупки с помощью карты, поскольку их замысел заключается в том, что некто (физическое лицо или компания) покупает эти карты за деньги, дарит их тем, кому вручить просто деньги неудобно (друзья, работники, клиенты), а лица, получившие такие карты в подарок, могут отоварить их в магазинах Nike, причем при нехватке средств на карте, могут воспользоваться несколькими картами, если таковые имеются в наличии, или доплатить с помощью любой иной (обычной) кредитной/дебетовой карты либо наличными (any other payment method). То есть данная подарочная карта (которая продается и дарится как в физической -> пластик, так и электронной -> e-mail формах) служит как дебетовая, а не кредитная карта для покупки определенных товаров в определенных магазинах.

HOW TO REDEEM A GIFT CARD
Gift cards can be used at Nike and Converse owned retail stores or on Nike.com. Follow the steps below to redeem your gift card on Nike.com.
Add product(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout.
Fill in your shipping details and click "NEXT STEP".
In the payment step, check the box next to "Do you have a gift card or voucher?"
Enter your gift card number and PIN.
Click "APPLY".
If you're paying with multiple Nike or Converse gift cards, enter the first gift card and click “APPLY” before entering another gift card. After entering your gift card number, the amount of your gift card will be deducted from the order total.

Gift cards are redeemable for merchandise at any Nike Inc. owned locations. See the Nike.com Gift Card Terms and Conditions for more information.
If you have a physical gift card, the gift card number and PIN are located on the back of the card. If you have a digital gift card, the gift card number and PIN are listed in the email.
