Das BMZ stellt in diesem Fall einer Organisation Gelder zur Verfügung, die wiederum Projektpartnern dieses Geld für bestimmte Aktivitäten zuweist. Gibt es da einen Fachbegriff? Vielen Dank!

Explanation:
Ich würde einfach Geldgeber verwenden. Das back bezieht sich ja darauf, dass die Fördergelder ursprünglich vom BMZ kommen, aber Geldgeber sollte meines Erachtens völlig ausreichen.
