Good observation. "Roule Ta Paille" is a brand name, which I had not noticed. I have seen "roule ta paille" several times in other documents from my client (which I did not have to translate), and it has always been written in lower-case letters. Thanks.

Yes, and it is also clearly a brand name and that should not be translated, but needs to be explained. While I might translate the French "scotch" as "adhesive tape", in a situation where what was meant was clearly that particular brand of adhesive tape, I'd translate it as "Scotch® tape".

BD Finch: In my document, "roule ta paille" is one of a list of prevention items as opposed to a title or an instruction. Ellen Finch: I had visited the site you mention (Ce carnet...) and had noticed "roll-your-straw", but I couldn't find any other relevant hits for this term.

Could this possibly be the title of a leaflet? I don't see how else "roule ta paille" can be understood as an item in a list of HIV prevention materials.

Do you want a translation of "roule ta paille" (which could simply be "roll your own straw", for example) or a word for the papers supplied for this purpose? I don't think they have an established name. People who snort drugs either roll up a banknote/bill or they carry a little plastic tube for the purpose if they snort regularly. Aside from this initiative, I very much doubt special papers are supplied for the specific purpose of making a snorting straw. I mean, why buy special papers? Any stiff paper or thin card will do. And a little tube is much more convenient anyway.
