En el informe semestral del año fiscal 2016 se reportó lo que realmente se encontró en el monitoreo que el proyecto realiza mes a mes, sin embargo a modo aclaratorio en el Informe de Evaluación de Intermedia observamos que de los 8 centros escolares visitados solo 3 centros fueron dotados con filtros de agua.

Translation:
The FY16 semiannual report did report what was actually found during the monthly monitoring conducted by the project; however, as a clarification, during the mid-term evaluation report we observed that only 3 out of the 8 schools visited were provided with water filters.
