Buongiorno,

Ho veramente un termine difficilino da rendere. Ho visto due discussioni qui in proz in merito, tuttavia non mi portano ad una soluzione di cui mi sento certa.

Il contesto è un ricorso in un caso legale riguardante medicinali/farmaci.

Vi do due frasi che contengono il termine in questione e attendo qualsiasi illuminazione possiate fornire:

frase 1:

PER L'ANNULLAMENTO della nota emanata da AIFA, prot. 0116939 del 17.11.2016, se e nella parte in cui ha contenuto provvedimentale, avente ad oggetto "riscontro Vs. segnalazione sul medicinale XXXXX in merito all'assenza di dimostrata efficacia terapeutica.

Frase 2:
Tanto è stato ribadito dalla ricorrente con nota del 21.06.2016, reiterata in data 28.10.2016 (doc. 12), alla quale AIFA ha risposto con nota prot n. 0116939 del 17.11.2016 (impugnata in questa sede, qualora abbia natura provvedimentale, doc. 13), nella quale, del tutto inopinatamente, si afferma che:
