French term or phrase: laissent entière la responsabilité de
Within the "CONDITIONS GENERALES D’ACHAT" of XXX, the following phrase appears: "L'approbation des plans, spécifications et autres documents du Fournisseur ainsi que la réception des produits et/ou travaux par les agents mandatés par XXX laissent entière la responsabilité du Fournisseur".

I have not come across the phrase "laissent entière la responsabilité de" before and am not sure whether it simply means that the Supplier is fully responsible for the plans, etc. (which seems rather odd when applied to the "réception des produits et/ou travaux par les agents mandatés par XXX") or something else.

Any assistance greatly appreciated.
