Не могу понять, в чем разница между этими продавцами. Exercising продавец - это тот, к-й присоединился к продаже акций, а что же тогда Excess продавец?

А "Excess Tag-Along Seller" это акционер, продающий "excess tag-along shares".

Я так понял, что есть планируемое или расчетное количество таких акций ("estimated tag-along shares") и "избыточное" или "дополнительное" количество ("excess tag-along shares").

Поэтому также возможно и то, что "Exercising Tag-Along Seller" продает акции, входящие в расчетное количество, а "Excess Tag-Along Seller" продает "избыточные" акции - т.е. акции, не входящие в расчетную квоту.
