acondicionamiento sanitario cleanroom design Explanation: We don't have an excess of context here, but I suspect that, as a university degree subject, it might refer to the design of cleanrooms (which is a specialist field within the general domain of architecture): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cleanroom https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sala_blanca Along with other special features such clean-air control, such installations have "pisos sanitarios" and other surfaces are fitted with "paneles sanitarios", all designed to facilitate thorough cleaning: Oct 18, 2016 - and execution of customized cleanroom infrastructures and proces- sing equipment. acondicionamiento sanitario architecture and public health Explanation: Here's an example of a Spanish course: "OBJETIVO Desarrollar las respuestas necesarias desde el campo de la arquitectura y el planeamiento regional frente a las necesidades de higiene y confort humanas y a las demandas ecológicas del ambiente. And here's an English one, described as "city planning and public health" but basically covering the same subjects: "The urban environment, and the planners and policies that shape it, influences many aspects of health and well-being: what people eat, the air they breathe and the water they drink, where (or if) they work, the housing that shelters them, where they go for health care, the danger they encounter on the street, who is available for emotional and financial support, and how political power is distributed and public resources allocated." -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 hr (2017-01-12 18:49:04 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- In fact you could just call it "public health", since it's part of an architecture course. acondicionamiento sanitario sanitation Explanation: I think Phil's Uruguayan university reference is spot on, but I don't agree with his idea of "public health" as that seems too broad a term to me. "Sanitation" is a more specific and relevant term here: Sanitation is the hygienic means of promoting health through prevention of human contact with the hazards of wastes as well as the treatment and proper disposal of sewage or wastewater. Hazards can be either physical, microbiological, biological or chemical agents of disease. Wastes that can cause health problems include human and animal excreta, solid wastes, domestic wastewater (sewage or greywater) industrial wastes and agricultural wastes. Hygienic means of prevention can be by using engineering solutions (e.g., sanitary sewers, sewage treatment, surface runoff management, solid waste management, excreta management), simple technologies (e.g., pit latrines, dry toilets, urine-diverting dry toilets, septic tanks), or even simply by behavior changes in personal hygiene practices, such as hand washing with soap. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sanitation |
