| Reference: azul que "respira"? Reference information: I think it means that the LED will glow bright blue then fade, more or less at the rate of someone breathing. I don't know how you would best say that in Spanish, "azul pulsante" perhaps? The main idea is that it blinks (parpadea) very slowly.
