Hi, guys,
We have several entries for commitment here, but what is the word used in Portuguese for the specifi case in of a "loan commitment"?

"the Lender agrees to make a single Term Loan to the Borrower on the Closing Date in an aggregate amount equal to the Term Loan
Commitment."

Apparently, it bears the following definition, but I am really not sure:

"the amount loan managers are bound to underwrite or transfer to third parties"
