Asker: this is great, thanks but when I asked for a synonym I was told to use "conflicted", my question is, does this term have any reference to "conflict of interests" let me provide more context; we are talking about (i.e. a General Manager) who has signed some documents without having the authority to do this, and he is, of course, compromised ....................
