English term or phrase: dereased in
The intervention group was surveyed before treatment, within one week after treatment, and two weeks after treatment. The number of symptoms in the intervention group changed from 22.3 ± 7.2, 19.4 ± 8.0, to 17.3 ± 8. 30, and significantly decreased in the 1st and 3rd times (P < 0.05) the questionnaire was administered.

In the above, should "decreased in" be "decreased"?
I found both cases on the Internet.

Thank you!

Explanation:
I would say "decreased between the 1st and the 3rd time the questionnaire was administered". They are comparing symptoms before treatment with symptoms two weeks after treatment and finding a statistically significant difference - P-value less than 0.05
